About woman rights

This is not about being an equipment manager. This is not even about hockey.

This is about something much more important.

Everyday out there some girl get harassed. It can be a comment. It can be a hand that is in the wrong place. It can be a conversation between you and a friend that is overheard.

Me as a guy can´t tell what a girl feels that is wrong.

Please. Don´t be that guy. Please be there for them.

If a girl comes to you with what they feel is a problem, don´t make them feel small. If they think it´s a problem, there is. Support them. Talk to them. Be there. A small word can mean the world to them i imagine.

Always, always be there for them. Listen to them and support them.

And. There is other things than harassment. There is a lot of thing that can be wrong in a persons life. Be there. Listen. Support. Give a hug. Be supportive. You, yes, you can be the one to make a persons whole week. Girl or not.

And I´m absolutely sure that you will get love and support back. I get it. Every day. Otherwise I wouldn´t have the stamina to be there and do what I do.
