New season!?

Most of you have all your energy focused on the current season.

But as an equipment manager you have to plan ahead.

The work with the next season is just a few months away.

And that means that you have to start the planning right now.

What information do you wan´t to have from the new players? Was the information you got this season enough?

What information do you wan´t to communicate to the new players?

And then you have to collect information from the current players. Have you done enough? What to improve?

And all of this while still working with the team on the current season.

On top of that there is the revision with SDHL about the "rules" for working with the away teams.

And the work with the organisation about current and coming season.

There is a lot of things happening that is not focused on sharpening skates and filling water bottles.
